Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all fresh floral sales are final. We do not accept returns once an arrangement has left the studio or been delivered.
If your flowers arrive damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We kindly ask that you include a photo of the arrangement so we can understand the issue and make it right.
Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis for incorrect or unsatisfactory orders. We may offer a replacement arrangement or store credit depending on the situation. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’ll always do our best to find a solution.
Orders canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable due to preparation and material costs.
